The fastest way to loving yourself

I understand not loving yourself! I did not love myself for 35 years. 35 years? Who wants to go that long when the answer is simple!

Do you want to know the secret to you? It’s you! Scary ha? How can it be you?

Well that understanding will come but for now we are just showing you the easiest and fastest way to loving yourself "NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE ELSE THINKS!"

The secret is you believing it! How you ask? You start by telling yourself all the time that you love yourself! EVERYTIME you look in the mirror you tell yourself that you love yourself.

You will hear a little voice in the back of your head and it will be telling you “NO you don't" I want you to argue with it!! You tell it "YES I DO".

Now I am talking about every time you look in a mirror, every time you see your reflection, Every time you look in the rearview mirror in the car!

EVERYTIME you see you!

I remember the first time I looked in the mirror; I couldn’t even look at myself. I hated myself! I remember that little voice telling me that I was ugly and that I did not love myself, that I was no good! I couldn’t believe that I could just look in the mirror and change how I looked or look in a mirror and love myself? Am I crazy?

Well I committed to doing it and what the heck it’s either that or die! I was at a point in my life where I just did not care anymore, hopefully a car would hit me and it would be over!

Not a great place to be in life! But low and behold after only 2 days I started hearing that little voice start to change. Just a little but I really could hear it changing.

WOW! I thought ok well let me keep doing this. So I did. By the end of the 2 weeks when I told myself that I loved myself, do you know what I heard? I heard "Yes you do" Are you kidding me it stopped fighting back.

Soon people were telling me they loved me and commenting about love around me and I heard love love love! Everywhere!

 Instead of hate and misery I heard about love!

All this in 2 weeks you can just imagine what I hear after 5 years!! Oh My!! I give love, I have love and I am love! What an amazing change! From hopeless wanting to die to living heaven on earth!
